Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between plans?
Starter (R109): Up to 99 clients, full workspace but no client portal. Practice (R199): Unlimited clients, same workspace plus client data import. Firm (R299): Everything in Practice plus the client portal (clients can log in, request documents, upload files). Enterprise: Everything in Firm with dedicated support and custom pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. You can use the full workspace during the trial. When the trial ends, choose a plan on the Plan page to continue. No payment is required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Plan page once you’re signed in. Your previous recurring subscription is cancelled when the new plan is activated.
